Event details
From here, we head off to a funky rooftop bar set in an open air, exotic garden setting. The bar is framed dramatically against Melbourne’s city skyline and the award winning bartenders, have teamed together to present a cocktail experience like no other. Give yourself over to their ingenious, mouthwatering concoctions. You will be truly gob smacked. Then marvel at the beautifully curated, exotic botanical offerings and the panoramic rooftop views. All underneath the swirl of French blue and sulphur crested balls dancing lightly on trapeze high wires.
After taking in the views, it’s time to get your creative on and learn how to be your own cocktail maker! Learn the basics, such as how to shake, mix and muddle your drinks and even invent your very own creations. We have an enthusiastic and skillful demonstrator who runs through a selection of gourmet cocktails before a master chef style cocktail-off ensues between the best contestants.
Once you have got in touch with your creative side, kick back and enjoy the results of your hard work over canapés.
